Delete your account
Request to permanently delete your WDL account and the personal data tied to it.
This cannot be undone in the app
After you confirm, you cannot sign in with email, Google, or Apple. We keep your account data for 90 days, then permanently delete it, including files stored in cloud storage.
How to delete your account
Do this inside the WDL app. Deletion is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email.

Open the WDL app
Launch WDL on your iPhone or Android device and sign in.

Open Settings
Go to the Profile tab, then tap the settings icon on your profile.

Choose Delete account
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account.

Confirm with the email code
Read the notice, request the 6-digit code we email you, enter it, and confirm. You are signed out right away.
What data will be deleted
When the 90-day window ends, these are permanently erased:
Removed
Profile and login
Email address, Google or Apple sign-in, display name, username, avatar, bio, positions, and server badge.
Removed
Your activity
Club membership, invites and join requests, friendly posts, match evidence you uploaded, locker room check-ins, and pulse reactions.
Data retention
- Sign-in is blocked as soon as you confirm the email code. Push notification tokens are removed at the same time.
- Your profile, club membership, and uploaded files (avatar and match screenshots) stay for 90 days, then are deleted.
- Clubs you own stay during that window. They are removed when your account is purged.
- Confirmed match scores between clubs stay so the league record is intact. Your name and personal stats are removed with your account.
How long it takes
Your login is blocked immediately. The full purge, including files in cloud storage, finishes within 90 days. There is no undo button in the app. If you confirmed by mistake, contact us before that window ends.
